Born in Mexico in 1991, he holds a law degree and is a specialist in Tax Law from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Mr. Zárate has taken several training courses in tax, customs, administrative litigation, transparency and personal data protection with more than 11 years of professional experience as a tax and administrative lawyer.

He has worked as an official of the Tax Administration Service in the areas of collection, inspection and foreign trade, as well as in the area of Responsibilities of public servants in the National Guard, as General Director. He also has experience in various law firms specializing in corporate, tax, administrative and foreign trade matters.
Currently, he is the head of Corporativo Jurídico MG&R in the areas of tax and administrative law, with the divisions of planning, correction and tax-administrative and corporate litigation
