IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, "CORPORATIVO JURÍDICO MG&R", (hereinafter "CJMG&R"), informs you that it is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data that you provide as a Client and/or User of our website or social networks and guarantees, under the terms of the applicable legal provisions, to respect your privacy and guardianship of your personal data whether provided by yourself or collected in another way. In CJMG&R, as responsible for your personal data, we are committed to keep safe the information of which you are Holder since the only reason for which it is collected is to perform the business activity for which you hire us and to provide you with a better service.

PURPOSE
The purposes for which we collect from you personal data and sensitive personal data referred to herein will be used solely and exclusively for the following purposes:


1. To attend to requests for quotations, and evaluation of quotations.

2. To integrate the files of our customers and suppliers and keep them updated for purposes of control and constant communication.
3. To feed our customer-supplier management system.
4. To enter into contracts and other acts related to legal matters of the Client necessary for the commercial relationship.
5. To follow up the invoicing and collection.
6. Issue tax receipts that comply with current legal requirements.
7. Inform about changes or new requirements in the services.
8. Inform about services that are related to those contracted by both parties.
9. To provide the products and services required by the Client.
10. To provide and receive tax advisory services.
11. Attention to complaints and suggestions.
12. Comply with the obligations contracted with you and with the obligations established in the legislation in force.

13. Exclusively for service improvement, promotion and advertising.
14. To promote by various advertising means our services.
15. Conduct promotional campaigns, satisfaction surveys in relation to our services, by telephone or electronically.
16. Generate statistical and market information necessary for our continuous improvement.
17. Invitation to events and webcasts organized by our corporation and its member companies.
18. Evaluation as a potential customer or supplier.
19. Evaluate the quality and satisfaction on the acquired services.
20. Notifying you about new complementary services or related to those already purchased or requested by you.
21. Inform you about changes related to the services purchased by our customers.
22. Evaluate the quality and satisfaction of our customer service.
23. To comply with the obligations agreed in the Professional Services Agreement.

In case of collecting personal data or financial sensitive personal data, they will be treated and safeguarded with a high standard of security and strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes required by the business relationship in full compliance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

CONFIDENTIALITY
CJMG&R will NOT sell, assign, or transfer the information obtained from Clients and/or Users. It will only use it by exception and will be presented if necessary to resolve disputes and problems arising from the misuse of such information.

CJMG&R reserves the right to request information to be shared with banking institutions and intermediaries in order to facilitate the processing of credit or debit card payments, as well as the use of the Pay Pal payment system, in order to prevent and detect potentially illicit acts or fraud. In this case, the banking institution may contact the cardholder to
validate the data entered when making the transaction.

CJMG&R undertakes not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your prior and express consent, except for the applicable exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties mentioned below, as well as to carry out this transfer under the terms set forth in that law:

I. When the transfer is made to controlling companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the controller, or to a parent company or to any company of the same group of the controller that operates under the same internal processes and policies;


II. When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the data subject, by the data controller and a third party;
III. When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the pursuit or administration of justice;

IV. When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding; and;

V. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the data controller and the data subject.

REVOCATION OF YOUR CONSENT FOR THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
At any time, the Client and/or User may revoke the consent that he/she has given us for the processing of his/her personal data, in order for us to stop using them, as long as it is not prevented by a legal provision. To do so, it is necessary to submit your request to the following email address: contacto@cjmgr.com.mx, accompanied by the following information:

I. Name of the owner and e-mail address, address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

II. Documents proving the identity or, as the case may be, the representation of the holder.
III. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the aforementioned right is sought to be exercised.
CJMG&R will respond within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date your request is received.

REASONS FOR DENYING ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, OPPOSITION AND CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL DATA

CJMG&R may deny you: (i) access to personal data, (ii) to perform the ratification of the same, (iii) to cancel them or (iv) opposition to the use of the same, in the following cases:

1. when you are not the owner of the personal data you are requesting.
2. When the personal data requested by you are not in our databases.
3. When it could affect the rights of a third party.
4. When there is a legal impediment or the resolution of a competent authority in this regard, and

5. When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made.

In any of the above cases, CJMG&R will inform you of the reason for its refusal within a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) days.

TECHNICAL PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
CJMG&R will implement the necessary tools to protect as far as possible, the information and undertakes to renew and update the security protocols as the passage of time and new technologies demand it.

INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES
A cookie is a packet of data that a web browser automatically stores on a user's computer when the user visits a web page. The cookie is sent from the server to the visitor of the web page.
