Jacqueline Hurtado Ramos is a litigation specialist in Civil Law, Family Law and Commercial Law. She joined the firm Corporativo Jurídico Moreno García & Rodríguez in March 2021 as head of the areas of Strategic Litigation in Civil Law, Family Law and Commercial Law.

Ms. Hurtado has collaborated for important firms specialized in Civil and Commercial defense, such as TOUSSAINT Y ASOCIADOS, S.C., where she served as head attorney in the areas of Civil, Family, Immigration and Labor Law.

She worked as an intern at GAMCA, where she covered the areas of Civil, Commercial and Family Law, acquiring great experience in the recovery of overdue accounts receivable, contract compliance, real estate eviction, commercial bankruptcy, among others.

In addition, Ms. Hurtado presented her Social Service at the Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia del Distrito Federal (today Mexico City) in the "Dirección Ejecutiva de la Defensoría de los Derechos de la Infancia".

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

Ms. Hurtado is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico ("UNAM"), with a Pre-Specialty in Family Law.
She has also completed the diploma courses "La Jurisprudencia, su difusión y consulta" and "Suprema Corte y de los Derechos Humanos", both given by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, 2021 edition.
Among the languages she is fluent in are Spanish as her native language and English.
